Weight Gain During Pregnancy

Many patients ask “am I gaining too much or too little weight. Although you are eating for two, it is recommended to only increase your total calories by an additional 100-300 per day.  Below is a guideline from the American College of Ob/Gyns.

First calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index)
